By using Love Hibi you agree to these terms. They’re written to be short and clear.

What Love Hibi is

Love Hibi turns your personal and family photos into hand-drawn style colouring pages (“Hibis”) for you to keep, print and share.

Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people are in the photo, make sure you have their permission (or their parent’s or guardian’s, for children). You keep any rights you have in your photos.

How Hibis look

Each Hibi is made with AI and is a simplified, creative drawing, not an exact copy of your photo. Details may be left out or changed. Coloured versions are one playful idea of how a page could look; their colours won’t match your photo exactly.

Hibi Hearts, purchases and Monthly

  • Each new Hibi page you unlock uses one Hibi Heart. You can buy Hearts on their own or in packs, and the price is shown before you pay.
  • Hibi Monthly is an optional subscription that adds Hearts each paid month. Hearts you’ve paid for stay with you while you have an account. You can cancel Monthly any time in My Hibi; it stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.

Digital downloads

Hibis are digital files, available in My Hibi to view and download straight after purchase. You can print them for personal and family use.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a purchase, such as being charged twice, we’ll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Sharing

Share links are private but anyone with an active link can view the pages in it. You can turn links off at any time.

Fair use

Please don’t use Love Hibi to upload illegal, harmful or sexual content, content involving anyone without permission, or to break, overload or copy the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work hard to keep Love Hibi running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account in My Hibi at any time. Unused Hearts are removed with it. See our Privacy page for exactly what is deleted and what anonymous records are kept.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
